It has lovely rooms and incredible location close enough to restaurants, and the train station. I greatly enjoyed pastries at Debenhams Cafe, located within easy walking distance of the property. The stuff is very very helpful and lovely. Has exceptionally comfortable bed, slept well.

The room was amazingly comfortable and complete with good WiFi, the boiler was, television. Location was great and excellent; it was metres from Dundee Contemporary Arts. Check-in was easy.

We had a good stay in Dundee adjacent to the city centre, the Caird Hall, and the shopping mall. Location was perfect and excellent and next door to Mills Observatory.
